  • Remote Helpdesk & Telephone Support

Technology breaks. Usually at the most inconvenient time. This is when you need IT support which will get you back online with minimal fuss. Depending on what caused the technical issue, you could also benefit from more long-term solutions which will stop the same problem happening again.

When you start an IT-Care contract we will give your business a full IT infrastructure audit, so there will be no surprises down the road.

When things do break, call our Helpdesk. Our skilled team will log a unique ticket number for your technical issue, and then aim for a resolution either by phone or accessing your systems remotely.  We offer a service level agreement of 2-4 hours, allowing you to be back online as soon as possible.

  • Onsite Support
 
 

Sometimes a resolution requires us to send an engineer to your site. We will arrange one at a convenient time for you; keeping downtime to a minimum.  All of our IT Engineers are highly trained and have up to date industry knowledge, allowing them to fix your problem quickly and effectively.

  • Hardware Support

Ensuring your hardware is operational and efficient means you gain the maximum value from your IT investments.

We can repair your IT hardware at our dedicated workshop, where our engineers will take good care of your devices. You will only need to pay for any spare parts needed since cost of labour is included in the IT-Care Service Agreement. 

  • Server Backup Management

If disaster strikes you need to know all your data is protected. Imagine what damage a day, a week or a months’ worth of lost data could do to your business? File backups are an essential part of risk management, which is why we take care of this as part of our IT-Care services.

We analyse your current backup processes, make sure they meet current and future business needs, and then take ownership of your backup systems. Bondgate IT make sure your backups run as often as needed, and if you need a file restoring it’s all part of the services we provide.
