With the General Release of Windows 7 there’s a lot of hype in the air……..and for good reason. Bondgate IT has been testing this for the last few months and we must say, we are impressed. This Operating System is ticking the boxes in a lot of key areas, but the ones you might be most interested in are Speed, Reliability and Cost.
As usual there are multiple versions of the software; these are outlined in the grid below.
As you can see, plenty to choose from, but obviously from a business perspective you will need to be looking at Professional or Ultimate.
Unlike Windows Vista that had promises of great things, and most people found it did not deliver and was unstable, Microsoft have responded to these issues and addressed them all. If you are experiencing issues with your current operating system we recommend Windows 7 and with Upgrade licence costs at a very affordable price now is the time to upgrade to Windows 7.

1 gigabyte (GB) RAM (32-bit) or 2 GB RAM (64-bit)
16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
