Bondgate IT has acquired MCWare IT Solutions in a move that will expand their position within the UK’s Managed Service Provider sector.
Darlington-based Bondgate IT and Stockton-headquartered MCWare are experienced in delivering international projects, and each has more than 20 years’ experience managing, supporting, and delivering strategic IT business solutions.
The deal, supported by RMT Accountants & Business Advisors, and Tilly, Bailey & Irvine law firm, will strengthen their service portfolio while creating additional employment opportunities.
MCWare is experienced in the subsea and marine sectors, completing a range of global projects involving all types of vessels, while Bondgate IT’s experienced and skilled technical team and client-focused approach will enhance the service to these clients.
