Disaster Recovery Service

Productivity rescued after the worst happens.

Giving you the peace of mind that your business can continue to function as soon as possible.

Put your trust in us to get your business back online.

Protect your business

When servers go down, they take businesses with them.

Right now, if a critical server went down, most businesses without a disaster recovery service could be looking at four days downtime. Can you afford nearly a full week offline?

Key projects will stall, crucial data could be corrupted, and customers could lose confidence. Systems fail; networks fail, computers fail, usually when you least expect it.

With Bondgate DR Insurance, we are here for you, should the worst happen.

Peace of Mind With Bondgate

When you have our Bondgate DR Insurance, don’t panic; just give us a call on 01325 369950, and we will aim to get you operational in only 1 working day.

The industry standard is four, but we know you don’t have that kind of time.

With DR Insurance we will:

    •    Activate your off-site backups (we backup your data as frequently as you need, so we would anticipate data loss would be kept to a minimum);

    •    Recover your server estate;

    •    Provide remote (VPN) access for your staff and IT admins.

Our process usually takes around 1 working day, instead of four, which keeps downtime to a minimum.

We also carry out two DR test per year, to ensure your recovery plan functions smoothly should the worst happen.

What Disaster Recovery doesn't cover

Our DR Insurance can only cover damage that happens to hardware when it is under warranty, unfortunately. Sometimes servers and hardware can incur damage outside of warranty, such as

    •    Flood / water damage

    •    Fire

    •    Theft

    •    Accidental damage

We are currently unable to replace a server in these circumstances, but we will get your new server up and running once it’s ready to be installed.

Our DR Insurance will get you operational in only 1 working day, instead of four, which is the industry standard when a server is damaged or faulty.
